Crit., 53a καὶ
ἐὰν ἡμῖν γε πείθῃ, ὦ Σώκρατες: καὶ οὐ καταγέλαστός γε ἔσῃ ἐκ τῆς πόλεως ἐξελθών. I am not sure how to understand this καὶ.

νῦν δὲ δὴ οὐκ ἐμμενεῖς τοῖς ὡμολογημένοις; ἐὰν ἡμῖν γε πείθῃ, ὦ Σώκρατες: καὶ οὐ καταγέλαστός γε ἔσῃ ἐκ τῆς πόλεως ἐξελθών.
You just need to follow what they’re saying.
“Now then won’t you abide by our contract? [You will] if you listen to us; and then you won’t make yourself a laughingstock by leaving the city" [thereby breaking your agreement and all you’ve stood for all these years].
Note the two γε's.

yes thanx what you wrote confirms that its similar to how the Russian то is used. I think I could make an addenda to the Russian grammar of Greek now.
