"Homeric" Greek Reworking of the Aeneid (Latin/Greek)

Post by Scribo »

It's from the 18th century, and there are a number of solecisms therein which differ from the kind you expect from Byzantines. I know that there are fans of this sort of stuff here: https://books.google.com.au/books?id=jG ... &q&f=false

Surprisingly clean by the standards of katharevousa.

It might be of interest to find Voulgaris' other writings as they could well be much closer to proper ancient Greek than other contemporary katharevousa was.
