I've used mnemosyne instead of anki, but most SRS programs can make use of tab delimited files. Cram can export tab delimited files which you can them import into an SRS. I found these after a quick search.

I don't mean to sound glib, but I've found I learn a great deal more by building my own Anki decks than I do in using them. You may find the same.

There is a lot of truth in what you say, especially if you are writing out traditional flashcards by hand. However, the bother of entering flashcard content with macrons on a computer can quickly become an unpleasant chore that stunts one's progress.
