Hi, I'm new to Latin, but I speak several languages and have studied linguistics.
For (I think it's called) revived classical pronunciation, is there a glottal stop between consecutive vowels? For example, dīes - is that pronounced [dīes] or [dīʔes]?

No one reconstructs glottal stops for Latin, no.
So diēs (the macron goes on the e) would be [ˈdi.eːs].
