Thomas Sheridan, Doctrinale, and Latin mnemonic aids

Does anyone know of a free .pdf of Thomas Sheridan's "An Easy Introduction of Grammar in English for the Understanding of the Latin Tongue"? I couldn't find one on Archive or google books.

I recall that a textkit member had an immense collection of Latin textbook pdfs, but I can't remember who that is or what the URL is to their webpage. Does anyone remember?

Also, is anyone aware of an English translation of Alexander de Villedieu's Doctrinale Puerorum?
