Here is a screenshot from 2 weeks ago.
From time to time I get a non-standard screen like this come up. Sometimes they are all green, and at other times some are this green and others are of a more yellowish green.
Do other members get the same screen?

It looks like a partial CSS load, possibly caused by your service provider. Possibly caused by something higher up the chain. You can probably just hit refresh and move on.

Looking at your location, it occurs to me to wonder whether somebody may perhaps be reading your emails over your shoulder.

The "location" where somebody might be looking over your shoulder is "online".
