I'm Mark Jones. Several years ago I began working through some textbooks and workbooks of Biblical Greek. I now read the New Testament in Greek every day and have achieved a plodding sort of fluency, at least in the easier books and letters. I'm also interested in reading non-Biblical authors from the Hellenistic period, and I'd love to read a few Classical selections.
The various systems of pronunciation of Greek intrigue me. I learned the Erasmian pronunciation, but I 'm very curious about reconstructed and modern pronunciations.
