Is the relative pronoun quae neuter plural because arcus and sagittae are different genders?

Presumably so, but it's an ugly sentence. (And olom should be olim?)
P.S. And a search throws up “Hic est idem arcus, hae eaedem sagittae quas Ulixes olim portabat.” Which is much better.
