προεμένου δέ σου ἃ περὶ πλείστου ποιῇ μεγάλην ἄν σοι βλάβην ἂν γενέσθαι,
is an repeated here for a rhetoric effect? Some editions suppress one of them

It could be, placed as it is after both μεγάλην and βλάβην. They are suspiciously close to each other, but there are comparable instances in tragedy. But in prose the difficulties are greater, since there are no metrical controls on the soundness of the text. ἄν’s are certainly thick on the ground hereabouts. The repeated ἄν in the main clause (εἰκότως ἂν τοὺς ἐρῶντας μᾶλλον ἂν φοβοῖο) looks more secure.
