The second part of the same sentence is more difficult:
καὶ τἆλλα δὴ τὰ τούτων ἀδελφὰ καὶ ἀδελφῶν ἐπιθυμιῶν ὀνόματα τῆς ἀεὶ δυναστευούσης ᾗ προσήκει καλεῖσθαι πρόδηλον.
And in the case of other kindred passions, it is evident how should be called the names of the kindred sort of passions, scil, of the predominant one.
The commentaries say that καὶ τἆλλα δὴ τὰ τούτων ἀδελφὰ is to be taken as 'absolute' but do not specify, absolute what? It may be kinda very unusual Acc of respect.
